Couple photoshoot: a farewell to British Columbia
This story is about holding onto a place you’ve called home, keeping it unchanged in time, so you can carry it with you, in memory, into whatever comes next.
An Italian couple who had spent several years in British Columbia reached out before relocating to San Francisco. They wanted one last session to mark the close of this chapter.
We chose a scenic spot near Vancouver and planned it around golden hour. There was a sense of calm, joy, and quiet nostalgia throughout the shoot — laughter, quiet moments, and a series of images that hold onto exactly what this chapter of their life felt like.
These are the sessions I value most—where the portraits are more than beautiful pictures; they become part of a story the couple will carry with them. They left Canada with not only memories but also a visual keepsake of their time here.

An Engagement Session at Nairn Falls & Brandywine Falls
This story is about a couple who chose to say yes to forever the same way they move through life together — outdoors, unhurried, close to the earth.
Their engagement session took them through the trails near Whistler, moving between Nairn Falls and Brandywine Falls as the light shifted around them. Rather than settle on one backdrop, they let the whole day become the story — hiking side by side, pausing at the water, catching the quiet moments in between.
What stayed with me about this session wasn’t the scenery, breathtaking as it was — it was how naturally this couple moved through it, together. Nairn Falls and Brandywine Falls gave the day its drama, but the walking, the laughing, the small in-between moments were what made it theirs.
